Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within Canada only. We do not ship to the United States or any other country. Orders with a shipping address outside Canada will be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Items shipped from our shops (Gibsons):

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $250 or more
  • Under $250: $25 (up to 2 kg), $30 (2–9 kg), $40 (9–27 kg), $80 (27–60 kg)

Items shipped directly from our supplier's Canadian warehouse:

  • Orders under $150: $20
  • Orders $150–$299.99: $15
  • Orders of $300 or more: free

If your order includes items from both our shop and our supplier's warehouse, it may arrive in separate packages, and shipping is calculated for each shipment at checkout. Bikes, frames and oversized items may need special handling. We'll contact you before shipping if any extra cost applies.

Free local pickup

Choose Local pickup at checkout to collect your order at our Gibsons or Sechelt shop (Tuesday–Saturday, 10am–6pm). We'll email you when it's ready; please bring your order number. Items held for pickup are kept for 14 days.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Items shipped from our supplier's warehouse usually arrive in 2–7 business days; remote and northern addresses can take longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Stock and availability

We show stock as accurately as we can, but availability can change. If an item you ordered is no longer available, we'll contact you to offer an alternative, a later delivery date, or a full refund.

Damaged, lost or incorrect shipments

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect. Keep the packaging so we can file a claim. If a package is lost in transit, we'll work with the carrier and replace or refund the item.

Taxes and duties

Because we ship only within Canada, there are no import duties. Applicable GST/HST/PST is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
